Do you supply ready made as well as bespoke cabinets?
Yes, we do both. We have a range of pre-designed cabinets which suit many of our clients. But if you would like a cabinet to match other furniture or to meet special needs we offer bespoke solutions as well. Use this link to view examples of our cabinets.

What kind of finish could I have for my cabinet?
We can supply a very wide selection of finishes either to match your existing furnishings or to create something totally different. We have our own paint shop so we can match existing colours in matt, satin or high gloss. Most types of wood are possible and we can also use wood laminates or special finish laminates

Can I put my existing TV in a new Lift Cabinet?
Yes. If it’s a slim line plasma or lcd with fixings for rear mounting it should easily fit a new cabinet.

Is there any limit to the size of screen that will fit in a Lift Cabinet?
All sizes can be installed, but above 50" two lifters are needed.

Can the TV come up and rotate?
Yes, we have three types of rotation lift systems. Either 45degree pivoting from the left or right hand side of the TV. Or we also have a lift that rotates 180 degrees which means you could watch the TV from your bed and also from a sofa in another part of the bedroom.

Can my cabinet include space for other digital and AV equipment?
Yes. A great advantage of a bespoke cabinet is that it’s designed to meet your exact requirements. But we may have a pre-designed cabinet that will also meet your needs. Remember, it’s not only equipment you can store away. Think of all your CDs, DVDs, games consoles, digital paraphernalia and even instruction manuals that need a home!

Will my cabinet be lockable?
Chameleon can include any security feature you require. A lockable cabinet can help deter theft, reduce the risk of damage to valuable equipment and discourage small fingers from playing with buttons!

Will my TV Riser work by remote control?
Yes. You can raise or lower your TV by either IR or RF remote control

What happens to the many wires involved in an AV system?
All our TV Lift Cabinets and media storage solutions are designed to hide unsightly wiring. Depending on your cabinet’s location, you may still have some external connections, but we can advise on ways to tidy these away.
